How To Place an Order
Emergency Service
If you have a last-minute need we may be able to help.
We can usually do all but very large orders by the next day if needed.
In a few cases, same day service is possible for small orders,
especially for our current loyal customers.
Priority Same Day Service - $45.00 in addition to order amount.
Express Next Day Service - $25.00 in addition to order amount.
We stock a wide variety of products at our Dallas showroom and have
quick access to several suppliers in the area.
Some Priority or Express orders may incur an additional
courier or overnight shipping charge.
We fabricate and assemble trophies and plaques in-house.
There is enought equipment and staff to engrave, laser and
color sublimate a wide variety of items in a short time.
Your logo or artwork is also digitized in-house for quick and quality service.
If you have a specific awards budget for an event, give us a call.
We have access to many suppliers and can usually find
something to fit your needs.
Regular Service
Some large orders and some special order products listing
extended delivery times will require additional time to complete.
Routine orders ( 2+ day delivery )

Payment - Shipping Information
Your awards can be shipped using UPS groundtrak or next day air if required.
If you prefer, we can use your account number or
blind ship using your name as the sender.
Due to frequently lost packages, regular mail is not recommended.

Orders can be paid with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express,
check, debit card or cash when picked up.
Established customers with current accounts can be billed
with a Purchase Order number on orders over $50.
New customers or special order items may require an advance payment.
Product descriptions
Product descriptions refer to the color or finish of the product
and not the actual material the products are made from.
We have tried to clearly describe the products.
When the finish is the same as the product itself it
is described as "genuine".
Faux finish products contain the words
"manufactured" "finish" "color" or "tone."
These products are less expensive than the "genuine" products.
Examples:
Gold or silver refers to the color only.
Gold and silver figures are usually plastic.
Some are gold colored metal and a
few are actually gold plated as listed.
Gold engraving plates may be coated brass, aluminum or steel.
Marble or wood refers to the pattern of the finish unless listed as "genuine".
Faux plaques and wood trophy bases have a wood or marble
pattern foil applied to a pressed wood core.
Trophy bases are plaster filled plastic with a marble or wood pattern.
